What You'll Do:
As our
Marketing Specialist , you'll be the driving force behind our brand presence-both online and in the community. You'll craft engaging social media content, manage events that connect us with our neighbors, and build relationships with vendors that help bring our ideas to life. You'll work cross-functionally with multiple departments to help promote internal initiatives and build a strong employer brand.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media & Digital Content Create and manage engaging content (photos, videos, polls, etc.) across all social media platforms Grow our social following and increase audience engagement Capture real-time media at events, job sites, and trainings Share customer reviews and employee celebrations internally and externally Provide weekly KPIs and content updates to marketing leadership Community Engagement & Events
Organize and execute community outreach events Coordinate company event promotions, graphics, and media Build and maintain relationships with vendors for sponsorships, donations, and giveaways Marketing & Strategy
Collaborate with internal teams to design marketing campaigns that drive booked calls Analyze trends and provide proactive marketing ideas Train employees on new promotions and brand messaging Maintain alignment with brand standards and marketing goals What We're Looking For
1+ year of experience in marketing, social media, or a related field Proficient in Microsoft Office and Canva (bonus: ServiceTitan Marketing Pro) Knowledge of social media trends, video/photo capture, and content marketing Highly organized, deadline-driven, and detail-oriented Strong communication and relationship-building skills Self-starter with a goal-oriented mindset Valid driver's license Benefits
