This remote role is not tightly linked to a physical location and provides flexibility in where, when and how you accomplish your work. Remote employees are expected to have a dedicated, quiet and distraction-free work space and an internet connection that's sufficient for completing their job remotely.

Job Summary

As the Manager of Culture and Entertainment Marketing at Harley-Davidson, you will be responsible for driving brand desirability and ridership growth by integrating the Harley-Davidson brand into high-impact cultural, lifestyle, and entertainment segments worldwide. This role requires the execution of innovative marketing strategies that resonate with target audiences through strategic partnerships, brand collaborations, entertainment integration, and product placement. You will work closely with other marketing functions to ensure a cohesive and impactful brand presence across all channels. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of cultural and entertainment trends, a strong network within relevant communities, and an entrepreneurial mindset to drive the market success of our product offerings.

Job Responsibilities

Culture and Entertainment Marketing Strategy: Execute comprehensive marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and loyalty within cultural, lifestyle, and entertainment segments.Partnership Development: Identify and cultivate relationships with key influencers, artists, cultural icons, and entertainment partners, including film studios, television networks, musicians, and streaming platforms who align with Harley-Davidson's brand values.Brand Collaborations: Identify and cultivate brand collaboration opportunities that align with Harley-Davidson's values, goals, and objectives, including evaluating and managing product placement opportunities.Campaign Execution: Support the creation and execution of high-impact marketing campaigns, brand activations, and product placements that resonate with target audiences.Brand Consistency: Ensure brand consistency, integrity, and alignment across all culture and entertainment marketing activities.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including digital marketing, product marketing, and regional marketing teams, to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to all marketing activities.Trend Analysis: Monitor and analyze cultural and entertainment trends as well as consumer insights to inform marketing strategies and identify opportunities for brand engagement.Budget Management:Manage budgets and resources effectively to maximize the impact of culture and entertainment marketing initiatives.Performance Measurement: Measure and report on the performance of culture and entertainment marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies and achieve business objectivesKey Competencies and Skills

Bachelor's Degree Required

Education Specifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

Experience Requirements

8+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on culture, experiential, or entertainment marketing.Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that engage with cultural, lifestyle, and entertainment segments.Strong network within relevant cultural and entertainment communities.Experience in the motorcycle, automotive, or lifestyle industries is highly desirable.Experience with managing direct reports preferred.

The pay range shown represents the national average pay range for this role. Your pay may be more or less than the stated range and is dependent on your geographic location and level of experience.
