Position Summary:
The Sales and Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting the sales and marketing teams in executing strategies to promote the company's products or services. This role involves coordinating marketing campaigns, managing sales support activities, and ensuring smooth inter-departmental communication. Will deal with confidential information relating to customers and company relations.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and advertising across platforms and agencies.Track performance and provide insights for optimization.Supports sales staff by providing sales data, market trends, forecasts, lead generation, new product information, and preparing customer presentations and promotion materialsPlans meetings and trade shows by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements; establishing contacts; developing schedules and assignments; coordinating mailing lists.Handle logistics, including venue arrangements, promotional materials, and attendee communication.Researches competitive products by identifying and evaluating product characteristics, market share, pricing, and advertising; maintaining research databases.Monitors budgets by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading trade publications, and assists in the development of training materials.Assist in other areas as needed.Candidate Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required along with two or more years of sales and marketing experience. Must have strong interpersonal, written and verbal communications skills.Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively.Self-starter with a passion for achieving results.Good at organizational and time management and be self – motivated.Must have strong knowledge of Microsoft Suites and Adobe Suites, WordPress considered a plus.
