I n this role, you will be working in our beautiful onsite location near the beach in Ocean City , MD ! The qualified candidate must have 5 years of Gaming industry experience.
Creates and ensures a fun-filled, entertaining and exciting environment where the flawless delivery and execution of service excellence is paramount.Serves as a leader for employees while fostering teamwork, employee morale, motivation and open communication.Acts as a role model and coaches while developing employees using a consistent, approachable demeanor and clearly articulating expectations.Manages Players Club and Marketing Coordinator.Corresponding with guests verbally and in writing (including electronically) to maintain good relationships.Negotiating with and making recommendations for outside contractors for services and/or events utilized by the Marketing Department.Work closely with all departments to coordinate marketing activities on property.Assists in developing marketing budget and providing strategic oversight for sub-department budget planning and accountability.Coordinates with advertising agency on creative direction and timeliness of projects.Manages production needs between the property and vendors.This role requires working closely with the marketing management and other key decision-making individuals to meet marketing and guest service objectives as well as provide feedback to marketing department on specific issues as they relate to the club and to the guests.Monitors guest reaction to events by maintaining a presence on the casino floor during all promotions.
