The Graphics Coordinator provides support to the MarComm team and assists with general corporate graphics duties including assets for visual communications both internally and externally.
Essential Functions:
Design and edit national Marketing templates for external use, ensure consistency across all media, elements are error-free and meet project deadlines: event materials (banners, table coverings, slideshows, collateral), proposal templates, credential templates, posters, pamphlets, ads, for both digital and print uses adhering to our company brand standards.Design and edit national Marketing templates for internal use: assist corporate departments to ensure consistency across all media, elements are error-free and meet project deadlines: Explainers, intranet posts, digital signage, guides & manuals, site signage.Quality control for images uploaded to DAM to ensure safety and company standards are metAssist with design of branded items for promotional useWhat We Offer

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.Self-motivated, independently able to solve problems and meet deadlinesFluency with Adobe Creative SuiteStrong typographic skillsUnderstanding of design, layout, and typographyUnderstanding of off set print processUnderstanding of digital mediaFamiliarity with Ceros, simple video editing, animation WordPress a plusResponsible, punctual team playerEducation and Experience:
Bachelor's degree, Graphic Design or related1-2 years experience
