Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager, skilled in writing, equipped with robust technical and analytical capabilities, and an eye for design. The ideal candidate has a firm grasp of marketing metrics and the technical acumen to navigate our fast-paced environment. This role demands adaptability and a commitment to maintaining our high standards of marketing excellence. The position involves close collaboration with our marketing, sales, and product teams, and reports to the VP Growth.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Manage a small marketing teamDevelop and execute marketing strategies that align with Paradigm's objectivesCreate compelling content and materials, emphasizing clarity and creativity, as well as create excitable content from plain topicsAnalyze marketing metrics to inform data-driven decisionsWork cross-functionally to ensure brand consistency and effectiveness as well as obtain feedback and gather details to meet deadlinesAdapt to and effectively respond to changing market trends and company needsOversee all marketing channels and ensure smooth execution of marketing initiativesTranslate requests from other business units into detailed instructions for the Marketing teamIdentify and validate marketing opportunities and focus areasEnsure all deadlines are met and the team is happy and growingAssist in reviewing data to determine the effectiveness of marketing spend and make recommendations for future budget allocationsAssist in producing collateral for product launchesManaging logistics for in-person events and conferencesExperience and Skills

Minimum 3 years experience in marketing (preferably in B2B marketing)Strong leadership skills with proven track record in managing marketing teams (minimum 1 year)Analytical mindset and experience in creating KPIs, tracking, and presenting resultsUnderstanding of design principlesExperience with email campaigns, CRM, Figma, Google Analytics, and Search ConsoleAbility to learn complex industries quickly and deeplyHighly detail-orientedStrong written and verbal communication skillsProject management and organizational skillsTechnical adeptness and quick learning ability with new toolsExperience in the healthtech and/or home care industries is a plusSEO experience is a plusProficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)Paradigm Offers

Compensation

$60,000-$80,000 with the potential for bonuses based on performance and qualifications
