PurposeLivWell Enlightened Health, Colorado's fastest-growing cannabis retailer, is seeking a creative and energized Graphic Designer to support a wide-range of marketing activities. You will work hand-in-hand with the VP of Marketing to develop concept of retail programs, advertising, social media content and in-store signage. You will be able to help a small team of creatives and develop/establish conceptual and visual systems for a variety of in-house brands and products.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Retail, Wholesale, and Merchandise departments to deliver marketing materials that align with the overall brand strategyDevelop visual systems for new products, logos, and packaging under the VP of Marketing's directionSelect colors, images, text style, and layout while abiding to the corporate style guide

Work with the marketing team on new designs and identities for the company across all platforms and media

Contribute to owned media content creation, aggregation, distribution and promotionCollaborate on the creation of content for each social media channelHelp maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels

Manage asset development, content uploads, page creation, and maintain overall website presence in conjunction with the Social Media Manager

Other duties as assigned, including, but not limited to assisting creative leadership to help facilitate additional and/or supplemental work as needed

Supervision

Works under the general supervision of the Vice President of Marketing

Job QualificationsWork Experience

A minimum of 2 to 5 years experience working in marketing, advertising, or creative services. Digital marketing and email marketing a plus.Knowledge of various computer systems and applications, especially the Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and similar or associated programs.Shopify and/or WordPress experience a plusMust be able to secure appropriate work credentials from the Colorado Department of Revenue, Marijuana Enforcement Division.

Education

Bachelor's degree in graphic design, fine arts, or related field preferredCannabis, CPG, food, beverage, or healthcare/pharma experience a plus
