Marketing Coordinator

Purpose The Marketing Coordinator collaborates with Retail, Wholesale, and other departments and relevant opportunities and deliver marketing materials that that align with LivWells accord with the overall brand strategy, as directed by the Marketing Project Manager. Essential Duties Media Marketing Support marketing and sales initiatives including project positioning, timelines, advertising, signage, collateral design, etc. Assist in coordination with third party vendorsCoordinate with other departments on the creation and maintenance of marketingComplete website changes and updates through the companys content management platform, Content Management System (CMS)Assist in gathering estimates and sources for marketing and sales materialsUpdate and maintain marketing collateral inventoryEnsure brand standards are maintained for the projectsAssist in daily administrative responsibilities including invoice reconciliation and general upkeep of marketing material inventoryAssist in training and marketing best practices or new tools/platformsAssist in the proofreading of marketing collateral Partnerships and Events Seek out, develop, and execute events on behalf of LivWell and partners that align with agency brand, consumers and membersNetwork and establish partnerships with local businesses and organizations to positively impact the LivWell brandDeliver positive ROI to brands in partnership with LivWell by leveraging resources such as giveaways, and in-store pop-ups/eventsDevelop recap reports measuring value and ROI of partnerships, sponsorships and events Additional Responsibilities/Duties Other duties as assigned, including, but not limited to assisting other departments to help facilitate the additional and/or supplemental work.Ongoing integration with retail division to ensure consistency of marketing materials at all retail locations, proper signage and current brand representationInterface with Marketing Project Manager to monitor and track weekly hot list of deliverables for marketing team projects and initiativesMentorship of junior level team membersOther duties as assigned, including, but not limited to assisting other departments to help facilitate the additional and/or supplemental work. Job Qualifications Work Experience Excellent media marketing and planning skills abilities, particularly in digital, print, social media, events and sponsorships outdoorIntegrated production campaign experienceCannabis marketing industry experience a plusWorks well under pressure, thriving under tight deadlines, and staying within budgetCommunicates effectively in oral and written formDemonstrates a high level of organization and time managementProficiency in Google Docs, Office Suite, additional programs as necessaryEstablish and maintain effective working relationships as required by job responsibilityListen effectively, assesses the situation, determine relevant issues, and suggest solutionsMust be able to secure appropriate work credentials from the Colorado Department of Revenue, Marijuana Enforcement Division Education Associates degree in marketing, advertising, or related field or 2 years equivalent experience required.
