This role is responsible for maintaining and enhancing the company’s digital presence, including the corporate website, Intranet and FPI Team Store . The role includes collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure content accuracy and alignment with branding. The ideal candidate will have a background in digital marketing, project management skills, and a passion for innovative strategies.This role offers a unique opportunity to support corporate digital marketing initiatives across multiple platforms, driving growth and engagement for our company. Intranet and Corporate Website Management:Support and execute on strategies to enhance the company intranet and corporate website.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content accuracy and relevance.Regularly update content, ensuring it aligns with company branding and messaging.Collaborate with IT in managing access to the company Intranet.Google Analytics and Looker Studio:Manage Corporate Website Google Analytics account and provide access to relevant stakeholders.Monitor website traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance.Collaborate with marketing leadership to develop custom reports and dashboards in Looker Studio for deeper insights.FPI Team Store ManagementProduct owner of Team StoreUser access managementProject manager for global Team Store initiativesCross-functional Collaboration:Collaborate with the IT department to ensure the functionality and security of digital platforms.Work closely with the marketing team to align digital marketing efforts with overall marketing goals and campaigns.Coordinate with external vendors and agencies as needed for specialized digital marketing services.Performance Analysis and Reporting:Analyze digital marketing performance metrics and provide actionable insights to optimize campaigns.Support marketing leadership in preparing regular reports on website traffic, engagement metrics, and other key performance indicators.Present findings and recommendations to senior management for strategic decision-making.OtherConsistently and fairly enforce community rules and regulations, FPI Standard Operating ProceduresComply with all Fair Housing Laws and FPI policies and proceduresPromote a professional image by adhering to FPI Management's Dress Code Policy.Conduct displayed must be of a professional manner when communicating with employees, residents, prospective residents, clients, vendors, and guests while representing FPI Management.Perform any and all functions as directed by the supervisor, including special project assistanceResponsible for meeting all training requirements for the position (Grace Hill, Safety Meetings, etc.).

Qualifications: QualificationsMinimum Requirements:

Proven 1-3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on managing content management systems and other marketing dashboards.Preferred 2 years of experience in residential property management, retail, sales, or customer serviceBasic understanding of Google Analytics and experience with data analysis tools like Looker StudioBasic understanding of SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing strategies.Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.Experience in video production and editing is preferred.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.High School diploma or equivalency certificate, 4-year college degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience in the field of property managementValid driver’s license and insured operable vehiclMust be proficient in speaking, reading, and writing in English
