Purpose:

The Manager, Corporate Marketing, is responsible for the management and execution of corporate brand initiatives for Minto Group as a whole. In addition to an understanding of brand principles, consumer and digital experience, social media, insight, analytics, and relevant research. The Manager, Corporate Marketing will also play a key role in creating and managing engaging content across digital platforms to support our reputation-building goals. This offers a unique opportunity to blend creativity with analytics, making a substantial impact on our corporate reputation.

In this role, you will:

Create Storytelling Content:
• Lead corporate content storytelling with the support of executive management.
• Manage the development and execution of content marketing and social media calendar.
• Plan, research, and curate blog and social content.
• Assist in the creation and launch activities of our ESG reports and website updates.
Social & Media Management:
• With the support of a Corporate Brand Coordinator, plan, write, design, and schedule daily social media posts, including a weekly plan, for platforms such as LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and others as relevant.
• Create monthly LinkedIn newsletters to engage with our LinkedIn audience.
• Provide daily monitoring and coordination of commentary on all relevant social media channels.
• Monitor and share media coverage to keep stakeholders informed and manage the distribution of press releases to ensure broad and accurate dissemination of company news.
Collaboration and Reporting:
• Collaborate with content leads across the organization and administer reporting on performance across channels.
• Review content for SEO, upload weekly blog posts, and update older posts to ensure relevance and engagement.
• Measure brand reputation and engagement through regular reporting.
Video Production, Creative Assets and Editing:
Organize video shoots, catalog, and edit videos.
• Potentially create and maintain social media templates using Canva.
Digital Advertising, Website & Intranet Management:
• Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns on LinkedIn.
• Update, maintain, and keep information current on the corporate pages of the company's websites, including updating featured stories and data on the Home, About, ESG, and Careers pages.
• Conduct regular audits of website numbers for accuracy.
• Manages brand section of the Intranet including keeping resources and guidelines up to date.
Brand Guidelines and Administration:
• Respond to inquiries regarding company brand guidelines and brand-related assets.
• Manage the brand section of the Intranet, keeping resources and guidelines up to date.
• Fulfill financial administration (invoice follow-ups and processing) of brand budgets with the support of corporate finance.
• Perform other duties within the scope, spirit, and purpose of the job, as requested by management.

Specialized Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a related role.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
  • Experience in B2B or B2C branding.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing trends and best practices.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful brand strategies.
  • Strong understanding of branding principles and marketing communications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • High degree of professionalism and excels at managing and building relationships.
  • Proficient in using marketing and design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with Accessibility, CASL, and Privacy requirements.
  • Experience with social media management and content marketing.
  • Be comfortable with occasional travel as required for industry events and meetings.
  • Work in a hybrid work environment with opportunities for remote work.
