During the course of your internship, you will have the chance to:

Job Responsibilities

Manages the NMAC/IFS piece on joint-marketing programs during development, implementation, and life of program.Manages and assigns marketing areas of the monthly billing statement and NMAC/IFS portals.Managing special projects as needed (Portal Refresh, enhancements to billing statement and customer welcome letters) and maintain relationships with Dallas partners.Manage and maintain marketing messages that vary by brand, product (retail or lease), and other factors and can change every 2-4 weeks.Assists in the full integration with Nissan's CMM teams, representing NMAC captive finance.Produces various reports measuring performance versus objective and performance versus prior month/year for the consumer portal.Integration includes collaboration on targeted marketing programs, as well as monthly and quarterly NMAC performance reviews, which support important performance meetings (PRM, OR-US, etc.).Creation and updating of various bulletins that relate to Top Performers contest and other programs managed by this positionBrand Management of the consumer portal and other co-branded advertising for financial products, work with legal and brand for approvalVarious compliance activities such as records retention, CCPA & CFPB representative, editing of policies and procedures as needed.Work cross-functionally with NNA and talent agencies on lease giveaways to ensure accurate and seamless vehicle delivery and contract execution.Assist Financial Products Bulletins Team at end of month when needed. To include checking rates and programs, bulletin creation and posting to Dealertrack and Financial Products websiteCoordinates NMAC/IFS data system enhancements for dealership lead generation systems (Prospect Report and Opportunity Manager).Reports used by field and regions for prospect reporting.Coordinates the implementation of new financial programs and products with appropriate operational departments, vendors, and the division.Develops timelines and procedures, obtains legal and internal department approvals, and creates dealer communication materials and training materials for field staff.Creates brand-compliant content for several websites (nissanusa, infinitiusa, nissanfinance, and infinitifinance).Check quality/accuracy of content in test environment and provide approval for the portal.Responsible for keeping field and Dallas Operations informed of mail/email schedule and program results in relation to the prospect report.Coordinates advertising to align with NNA programs and initiatives to drive incremental sales growth.Responsible for managing an advertising calendar, inputting advertising criteria into a content management system (Salesforce) and reviewing proofs for accuracy.Minimum Qualifications

Must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate/graduate degree program in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or other business related disciplineMinimum 3.0 GPAAbility to perform work onsite at NNA HQ in Franklin, Tennessee.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPointProject Management skills (organization and time management skills)Be ambitious and possess creative problem-solving skillsDemonstrate professionalism and clear communication abilitiesBe comfortable presenting to Management Team
