ABOUT THE POSITION

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Integrated Marketing Manager to join our team in NYC. This important role is focused on marketing and project management, responsible for coordinating and executing comprehensive marketing campaigns that combine various marketing channels and tactics to deliver a unified and consistent brand message. The Integrated Marketing Manager will plan, manage, and analyze multi-channel marketing initiatives to ensure they align with the overall business strategy and objectives. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and strategic thinker with a growth mindset to make a significant impact in a start-up environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIESDevelop and implement integrated marketing campaigns that align with Woosh's strategic goals and brand values.Coordinate and manage multi-channel marketing initiatives, including digital, social media, email, content marketing, public relations, and events.Ensure consistency and coherence across all marketing channels and tactics, delivering a unified brand message.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with business objectives.Plan, execute, and oversee marketing projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.Monitor, analyze and report campaign performance, using data-driven insights to optimize and improve future marketing efforts and make recommendations for improvements.Drive the commercialization of new products, ensuring successful market entry and growth.Utilize analytical tools to measure campaign performance and ROI, making data-driven decisions to enhance marketing efforts.Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to enhance the company's marketing capabilities.Stay current with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing technologies to keep the company at the forefront of the beauty industry.Foster a culture of respect, nurturing, collaboration, humble pride, and balance within the marketing team and across the organization.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field or 3-5 years of experience in integrated marketing, preferably within the beauty industry or a start-up environment.3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on analytics and project management.Proven track record of planning and executing successful multi-channel marketing campaigns, particularly for new product launches.Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.Proficiency in marketing software and tools, including CRM, email marketing, social media management, analytics platforms, and Google Analytics.A proactive and ambitious mindset, with a drive to achieve results and grow within the company.Understanding of customer benefits versus product benefits, with the ability to craft messages that resonate with our audience.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a small, growth-oriented team as well as external vendors.
