This is a full-time benefits-eligible position. Position Purpose

The Enrollment Communication Specialist plays a crucial role in supporting the Enrollment Communications Manager by executing targeted communication strategies to enhance the recruitment and retention of prospective students. This position is responsible for creating, managing, and distributing engaging content across multiple platforms to effectively convey the institution's value proposition and foster positive relationships with prospective students and their families. The Enrollment Communication Specialist collaborates with various departments to ensure consistent and cohesive messaging that aligns with the institution's enrollment goals and brand standards. Through meticulous attention to detail and data-driven insights, this role contributes to the overall success of the admissions office's communication efforts.

Education & Formal Training

Bachelor's degree in any field, but preferred in marketing, communications, public relations, business or related field.

Computer Skills

Spreadsheet, Other - Preferred Skills in content editing platforms such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Lightroom, Adobe Audition, and Canva, Word-Processing, Presentation, Web Page Maintenance

Experience

One (1) year of professional experience in marketing or communication planning or one (1) year of event marketing / communication experienceExperience working in a higher education setting is preferredBasic working knowledge of HTML , CSS , Javascript is preferredNote that equivalencies are based on the following: AA or 60 credit hours = 2 years experience; BA/BS or 120 credit hours = 4 years experience; MA/MS = 6 years experience; PhD = 8 years experience.
