Enrollment Marketing Manager .

The Enrollment Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies and tactics to attract and convert prospective students into the university. Working closely with internal and external partners, the manager will implement engaging and data-driven content marketing strategies including digital marketing channels, social media, email, print and CRM communications for consistent branding and messaging. This role will be pivotal in achieving enrollment goals through lead generation activities associated with analytics data and marketing through each stage of the enrollment funnel.

Minimum Education & Experience Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).Minimum 5 years’ experience in marketing, communications, advertising, or related field.Demonstrated experience in multi-channel digital marketing campaigns and success with using Google Analytics KPIs to measure campaign results and lead generation.Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.Proficiency in social media platforms, digital marketing tools such as SEO and SEM, WordPress website content management, CRM communications and digital media platforms.Excellent project management skills, meeting deadlines, monitoring projects and reporting.Excellent writing, editing, presentation and communication skills.Familiarity with higher education systems and admissions processes is advantageous.Knowledge and experience with Adobe Creative, In Design, Photoshop, Illustrator, web management and social media platforms.Provides customer service-oriented approach to priorities within the context of a fast-paced environment.Primary Responsibilities/Essential Job Functions:

Develop and Implement Enrollment Marketing Strategies:Create and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to boost student enrollment.Monitor and report analytics data on digital marketing results and lead generation.Collaboration with internal/external marketing partners for brand and message consistency.Develop, curate and implement content, social media, web, digital, and visual strategies.Coordinates with Enrollment Management and Marketing team to conceptualize and implement marketing and communications initiatives that actively engages key stakeholders (students, parents, athletes, and performing arts).Digital Marketing:Create, implement and monitor engaging digital campaigns within the CRM to market to prospective students and key stakeholders throughout the enrollment funnel to ensure enrollment goals are supported.Oversee, implement and monitor digital marketing initiatives, including social media, email marketing, SEO, PPC, and content marketing.Manage online/print advertising campaigns and optimize for tracking and conversion.Content Development:Collaborate with content creators to develop compelling and persuasive content that highlights our institution’s strengths and academic programs.Ensure content aligns with the institutions branding and messaging.Data Analysis and Reporting:Track the effectiveness of marketing/advertisement campaigns, initiatives, and strategies using key performance indicators (KPIs).Analyze data to make informed marketing decisions and adjust strategies as needed.Prepare regular reports for management to evaluate the success of marketing efforts.Campus Collaboration:Work closely with the admissions team to streamline the enrollment process and address prospective students inquires through marketing initiatives.Provide marketing materials and support to admissions department.Facilitate and train campus members on marketing campaigns and best practices, especially as related to social media, brand guidelines and consistency.Budget Management:Develop and manage the enrollment marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.Monitor expenses and maintain cost-effectiveness.Market Research:Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, evolving market techniques.Conduct market research to identify opportunities and threats to enrollment.Additional Responsibilities:

Support the University’s mission, vision, and values, and contribute to the advancement of the University’s Strategic Plan.Demonstrate a strong commitment to continuous quality improvement.Serve on department, division, and other university-wide committees.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Must have superior organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail.Must be a strong team player who takes initiative, self-motivated, service-oriented, and personable.Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Suite.Budget management and supervision experience is a plus.Demonstrated knowledge of current and emerging communications technology and practices.Knowledge of Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Cloud products including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, WordPress, Premier Pro, Canva and Adobe Animation a plus.

Work Environment/Physical Requirements of the Job:

This position is located within a general office environment. Must be able to sit at a desk and work consistently at a computer for a minimum of 4-6 hours a day. Must be able to walk between buildings on campus and climb stairs. Position requires local travel between the campus and off-campus sites to perform required duties, attend meetings, and to fulfill other responsibilities. Ability to move from one office to another office on campus. Ability to exert up to twenty (20) pounds of force by occasionally transporting boxes, handouts, files, or other materials. Ability to receive detailed information from others through oral communication. Adequate vision, hearing and manual dexterity to interact with people in person, on the phone and in writing. Job takes place in normal environmental conditions. Position requires the ability to work flexible hours including non-standard work hours (nights and weekends).
