Purpose:

The Marketing Director will lead the strategic development and execution of all marketing efforts to drive brand growth. This role involves directing a team in creating and implementing innovative marketing strategies that align with the company's business goals, with a focus on enhancing brand identity, expanding market segments, and driving revenue growth.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Direct and implement the organization's advertising and promotional activities.Educate the marketing team on brand identity.Analyze target market information to identify and recommend effective marketing approaches.Identify new market segments that will benefit from company products.Prepare effective advertising campaigns based on market research.Maintain knowledge of emerging products, services, and trends.Collaborate with senior executives to develop growth plans for the organization.Forecast, draft, and manage the department operating budget.Train and manage the marketing team, including conducting performance reviews.Attend industry conferences, meetings, or conventions to stay informed on marketing trends.Ensure timely execution of marketing duties and attend all scheduled meetings and appointments.Perform other related duties as required.Skills & Abilities:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field required.A minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing and strategic planning is required; 5 years of experience is preferred.
