Job Description
The Marketing Director will oversee, coordinate, and participate in the development of marketing strategies and products for the company. The Marketing Director will be responsible for strategizing and leading their team in managing all aspects of marketing campaigns, from production to implementation.

Directs and implements the organizations advertising and promotional activitiesEducates marketing team on brand identityAnalyzes target market information to identify and recommend effective marketing approachesIdentifies new market segments that will benefit from company productsPrepares effective advertising campaigns based on market researchMaintains knowledge on emerging products and servicesCollaborates with senior executives to develop growth plans for the organizationForecasts, drafts, implements, and oversees the department operating budgetTrain, and manage marketing team, including performance reviewsAttend industry conferences, meetings, or conventions to further knowledge on marketing trendsStarting job duties on time, staying on the job throughout the assigned shift to complete duties properly, and attending all scheduled meetings and appointmentsPerforms other related dutiesCompensation Information
Total Income: $180k+ on Salary + BonusLocation
