The Marketing Operations team at Kraken values organization, process excellence and rigor. Our Mission is to increase efficiency and drive results in the execution of the overall marketing objectives via strategic planning, infrastructure, repeatable processes, best practices, budgeting and reporting.
We relentlessly drive the Marketing team forward via ruthless planning & prioritization, orchestration & lethal execution. We leave no stone unturned. No questions unanswered. The OpportunityProject management for Product Marketing teamSupporting the Asset Listings process by working with the Asset Listings PMM & Product team to help plan and deploy new asset announcement comms on a regular monthly cadencePartnering closely with the Asset Listings product team to manage internal comms, optimize processes and ensure seamless integration with the roadmapAttending regular planning calls and managing tight deadlines across multiple stakeholdersCampaign planning & production - including entry and management of executions & marketing activities in Airtable, our internal project management toolCollaborate with and manage localization and translation vendors & internal partners, ensuring timely delivery of assets for regional launches and sprintsCollaborate with and manage any Product Marketing vendorsCollaborate and manage internal relationships with brand design & copywriting - submitting design briefs and managing stakeholders for feedback/approvalTraffic assets for approvals with compliance, legal & other required stakeholders for all campaigns & executions, confirming assets adhere to Kraken standards and crypto regulationNDA, contract, invoice & expense management, collaborating with vendor management, FP&A, and legal teams as necessaryCoordinate team meetings, drive agendas and follow up activities to ensure team alignmentOngoing process optimization in partnership with Operations leadershipAdditional duties and responsibilities as assigned to get our marketing out the door and into the world!Skills You Should HODL
3+ years of previous experience in operations, project management in MarketingExperience working at a premium brand, matrixed organization and/or creative agencyConcise speaker, storyteller, and writer: ability to slice, dice, and distill a narrative from a complex data set into an executive summaryExperience managing go-to-marketing campaign and executions across digital channelsExperience managing localization or translationKnowledgable & passionate about the crypto space
