It is their talent, passion, and dedication to our brand that has fueled the success of Hilton Grand Vacations.The Hotel Marketing Coordinator is responsible for creating and coordinating the promotions offered through various marketing channels and will represent the company at various trade shows and events while representing HGV in a professional manner at all times. Additional responsibilities include:* Maintains working calendar and spreadsheets of all promotions and notifies manager of upcoming promotions that need to be created or updated* Creates and manages source, codes, rate codes, and marketing key codes for Flash Sales and sends the details to the Legal department for approval.* Creates and maintains flash sale promotional sheets that are a key communication tool for the reservation agents.* Answers questions from guests via discussion boards at the completion of sale, updates Ad Schedule with number sold, total room nights, total revenue and average daily rates* Files signed and completed documents within Shared drive, and software systems for new wholesalers.* Communicates with the Creative Services department for sales collateral. Completes and submits Project Request Forms (PRF's), monthly email blasts, featured resorts, banner ads, TripAdvisor ads.* Participates on weekly property review calls to advise of recent changes, and offer ideas and suggestions on potential changes**Qualifications** Hilton Grand Vacations is a leader in the vacation ownership industry, operating with an unwavering commitment to innovation, quality, and continued growth. To fulfill this role successfully, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:* A minimum (1) year of experience in the e-commerce and/or marketing and/or hotel field required.* Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.* Excellent customer service skills.* Proficient in time management; the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.* Ability to take initiative and effectively adapt to changes.* Able to establish and maintain a cooperative working relation.* Ability to interpret and create spreadsheets.* Able to use sound judgment; work independently, with minimal supervision.* Strong analytical and problem solving skills.Hilton Grand Vacations is a leader in the vacation ownership industry, operating with an unwavering commitment to innovation, quality, and continued growth.
