As a Sales & Marketing Recruiter, you will be responsible for performing all phases of the recruitment and selection process for designated departments. This position is instrumental in establishing effective recruitment pipelines to access top level talent, while delivering timely and effective customer service to their clients to meet the hiring needs of the organization.

Majority of the time your schedule will be Monday through Friday, 8am - 5pm. May need to work on weekends and/or holidays based on the business needs.We are looking for a local candidate in Las Vegas- majority of the time its remote work from home but can travel as needed for hiring events and property/client visits.Additional Responsibilities Include:

Proactively source, network, and market our open job opportunities to build a pipeline of qualified candidatesUse existing tools and technology to source, evaluate, interview, and present a slate of qualified candidates to hiring managers for considerationEnsure regular communication with the client to provide updates on status and progressAttend community and/or diversity organizations, colleges, and local events and job fairsSupport company-wide initiatives by serving on special projects within Talent Acquisition ServicesOther duties as assigned by supervisorWhat are we looking for....

To fulfill this role successfully, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:

High School Diploma/GEDPrior experience in recruiting or 2 years of experience working in Hilton Grand VacationsExcellent computer skills in Word, Excel, and OutlookAbility to travel locally or out of state to attend hiring events and job fairsIt would be helpful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

Strong planning and organizational skills using the ability to set priorities, plan, and coordinate events
