have any openings for this role at the moment, we are looking to

proactively source

for talented Junior Account Managers and Account Managers in anticipation of Q3-Q4 2024 staffing, to support our Beer, Wine, & Spirits (BWS) clients with end-to-end branded promotional solutions.

This is not a role where you are selling wines & spirits, but rather sell the specific promotional products which enhance and further monetize the client's wine & spirits brand, i.e. promotional coasters, wine openers, glasses, etc. These roles organize detailed client presentations, create virtual samples, prepare quotes, review and approve proofs as well as enter and track sales orders.

Responsibilities

Support sales leaders with account coordination and managementAct as the go-to resource for new pursuits and account expansionForm trusting client relationships internally and externally quicklyOrganize client presentations and create virtual samplesObtain pricing and prepare customer quotesPerform product research and make recommendationsPOS sourcing, both domestic and overseasEnter sales orders via HALO's proprietary systemsCoordinate the client's review and approval of proofsUse your judgment to solve complex customer problems with creative solutionsCoordinate with internal departments on the status of tasksTrack tasks and activities for each project you are assignedRun standard reports and prepare reviews of each project you are assigned on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basisLearn about the profitability measures of projects in order to make suggestions about process improvementsRequirements

5+ years of combined account management/account coordination experience3+ years of beer, wine, and spirits industry experience2+ years of promotional products and branded merchandise industry experience preferredProficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and OutlookGreat communicator and listener in-person, over phone, email, and videoconferenceStrong work ethic, with a good humored with a positive "can do" attitudeValues curiosity, creativity, inclusive teams, and achieving resultsProblem solver that is comfortable making judgment calls how to spend timeLoves learning by providing, receiving and responding positively to constructive feedbackDetail oriented and strong organizational skillsMotivated by deadlines with a high levels of accuracyMore about HALO
