OverviewAre you a marketer with a love of games and storytelling? The Xbox Marketing Team is seeking a Senior Integrated Marketing Manager for Minecraft. This person will help drive campaigns from strategy through to execution, partnering with game developers, agencies and internal marketing, media, and Public Relations (PR) teams. This role will lead the creation of fully integrated marketing campaigns that launch and sustain games and/or game content being produced/published by Mojang and Microsoft Game Studios. Vertically, you will be responsible for our Minecraft vanilla game Integrated Marketing, leading the creation of integrated marketing plans, develop campaign creative briefs, oversee asset production and partner with teams to hit all customer touch points. Also, horizontally, you will lead Integrated Marketing's responsibility cross franchise in the development and execution of full-funnel paid media campaigns. The role will also have specific responsibility for managing a small team of vendors - developing support campaigns for in-game engagement. This person will be developing campaign strategy based on consumer insights, delivering compelling creative, integrated full-funnel consumer marketing strategies with an emphasis on paid media implementation and optimization. You will be working across a large and highly complex organization with multiple stakeholders and will have partnered with outside agencies to deliver campaigns on time and on budget. You'll also identify solutions that address inefficiencies, and collaborate with Product Marketing to identify the business objectives a program can support. You will lead agency partners and internal teams on campaign development, creative concepting and toolkit development, and video and digital production for campaigns.You will collaborate with Product Marketing and game studio teams to execute and improve marketing strategy and execution to meet business and game development objectives.You will identify and analyze marketing and media Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and collaborate with business analysis teams to share insights that will advance business impact. You'll also recommend actions to executive leaders based on those results, as well as use organic and paid media performance data to develop insights and make improvement recommendations.You will partner with media team to develop media strategy and execution aligned to business objectives and marketing KPIs, support data ingestion and optimization, and make creative and media placement recommendations based on campaign results, business results, and best practices.You will drive medium complexity projects by developing a detailed project management plan, as well as manage finances for projects with mid-sized to large budgets. You'll also develop and execute communication plans to share progress, blockers, and learnings.You will partner with regional teams, external publishing partners, and external franchise partners to review, feedback, and approve co-marketing opportunities, campaign launches, creative executions, and ensure the franchise is represented accurately.OtherEmbody our Culture and Values
