岗位职责:1. 负责外卖商业化的销售策略运营,包含统筹商业化销售标准流程/设立销售激励方案/核心销售负责人对接和流程培训 .2,负责外卖商业化策略端:以最终商业化目标实现为目的,合理对各类流量产品CPC/CPT商业化广告刊例定价/销售折扣及激励政策设计.2. 建立可量化的评估体系&监控体系,并根据数据效果,与各个相关方协作进行策略迭代&优化;3.不断推动和完善公司商业化广告的相关产品能力及体系建设,包含新增商业化产品形态,B端商家端广告售卖触达产品和渠道,商家端广告效果及诊断优化工具;4.调研海内外商业产品形态及相应商家端核心策略,结合外卖业务场景,进行策略调整和产品创新;

岗位基本要求:1. 3年及以上广告策略工作经验2. 深刻理解广告系统,精通效果广告商业模式,熟悉各广告平台的出价机制,竞价机制,广告召回,排序等系统原理,以及各类投放模式;3. 具备较强的业务思维和目标感,能够协调一切资源,推动业务目标的达成;4. 擅于通过数据分析发现业务问题;5. 具备良好的沟通表达能力,逻辑思维能力,系统性思考能力.

具备以下优先:1.本地生活商家端策略产品相关工作经验优先,如商业产品,商家商业化策略制定,广告定价等.2.大型互联网公司商业化客户侧相关工作经验优先3.掌握SQL优先
