As a Senior Consultant, you will be expected to:Confidently Engage with Clients and ManagementManage day-to-day interactions with executive-level clients and their stakeholdersCoordinate with the project manager to sequence priorities and perform project workCoordinate with the REI Engagement Manager and other teammates informed on the progress of work, while escalating risks and issuesProactively Lead Development of Communications DeliverablesBe the primary author on multiple client-ready deliverablesTake ownership of project deliverables, timelines, and requirements for assigned projects, workstreams, and tasksManage work overall on multiple concurrent projects, workstreams, and tasks, ensuring that work meets deadlines, is at required quality levels, and achieves expected REI profitability targetsWork in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail, quality, and professionalismExcel in a team environment to deliver solutions that meet and exceed our clients needsPossess exceptional oral, presentation, and written communication skillsEffectively Manage Team Members and Their WorkSupport the Project Manager and REI Engagement Manager in project/task deliveryProvide input toward performance reviews for team membersHave a willingness to share information, and be coachable and open to feedbackContribute to Organic Business GrowthContribute to organic growth and business development for ASP and support other REI business development initiativesAuthor sections of technical responses for proposals

Qualifications:Required:4 or more years of relevant communications experienceA bachelor's degree in a relevant fieldAbility to obtain a Federal clearancePreferred:A masters degree in a relevant fieldProject Management Professional (PMP) certificationPrevious experience at a consulting firmPrevious experience working at or with a federal or state government agencyEducation:

Bachelors degree in relevant field.Clearance:
