We are currently seeking a Change Management and Communications Consultant to join our growing business.

In this roleat FMP, you will have the unique opportunity to:Develop and implement strategic communications and outreach activities to ensure all stakeholders are informed and engaged with client's Power BI implementationConduct analyses to determine the organizational impact of client's move to Power BI.Identify and engage with stakeholder groups to ensure their needs are fully documented.Provide project management support, including project planning, scheduling, and status reporting.Develop training content and knowledge sharing resources, including videos, tip sheets, and other resourcesWrite, edit, and maintain programmatic materials, including standard operating procedures, manuals, and online help for use by client program staff and customers.Develop SharePoint pages and other repositories to provide easy and clear access to Power BI and client data resources.Apply and enhance your strong technical and/or project management expertise across a broad range of strategic human capital, industrial-organizational psychology, organizational effectiveness, learning solutions, and other exciting projectsWork hand-in-hand with our clients to tailor and implement innovative solutions that address each client's particular needsno two clients or projects are alikeContribute, develop or direct the development of a wide variety of deliverables (e.g. reports, tools, strategic approaches, briefings, or data analyses)Ensure product delivery is according to plan, create appropriate documentation and facilitate meetingsAdhere to established configuration and change management principlesEnsure collaborative communications and knowledge transfer is accomplishedManage project schedule; communicate key deliverables and requirements to stakeholders, vendors and customersReport qualitative and quantitative data about the project to customer and all stakeholdersBe part of a high performance culture that values client service, freedom, and collaborationRapidly grow in a constantly evolving and entrepreneurial environmentQualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

A Bachelor's degree in Business, Industrial Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Government Administration or related field and 5-7 years of relevant work experience; OR a Master's degree in similar field and 3-5 years of relevant work experience.Five (5) years of experience consulting with a specialization in business and operational process change related to IT systems.Five (5) years of experience implementing communication strategies, including the development of customer-facing deliverables.Experience working in an Agile environment - working as a part of teams to iteratively develop products.Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audiences (orally and in written form).Ability to effectively collaborate across organizational barriers to accomplish high priority and high visibility goals.Demonstrated skill in:

Effective communication (oral and written)Being attentive to detailDeveloping positive, professional relationshipsReport writing and document preparationUsing Microsoft Office Applications (including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)Problem solving; analysis; critical thinkingBalancing multiple priorities and tasks

Ability to obtain a security clearancePreferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of federal government human capital and/or management practicesPeople and/or project management skillsTraining development and delivery experienceRelated professional certificationDoctorate degree in a field of study relating to data analysis or business, industrial organizational psychology, or human resourcesCurrent security clearance

Pay Range:

$100,000 - $150,000 commensurate with experience
