Our client, a leading manufacturer of semiconductors, is seeking a Marketing Specialist - Social Media Coordinator to join their team. As a Social Media Coordinator, you will be part of the Communications and Marketing team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, be organized, self-motivated, and able to balance priorities in a fast-paced environment. Job Title: Social Media Coordinator Location: Meridian, ID Pay Range: $29.02 What's the Job? Collaborate with the Communications and Marketing teams to handle social media requests, ensuring they align with the company's brand's voice and objectives - this can include topics like diversity and inclusion, sustainability and talent acquisition. Project and manage social media requests from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality control. Support the development and execution of their overall social media channel strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and traffic. Analyze social media data to gauge the success of campaigns and provide reports to the management team. Work with the Digital Marketing Manager and the Social Media Project Manager to develop innovative and engaging content suggestions. What's Needed? Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. Proven experience in social media coordination or a similar role. Excellent project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines. Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
