Overview of Position

The Marketing Director will serve a key role on the Distribution Marketing & Business Development Initiatives team managing a number of MarTech enabled campaigns, primarily our Seismic digital marketing platform, including serving as administrator and librarian of the curated marketing inventory of over one thousand pieces, and continually auditing expiry dates and specific client-approval status to ensure correct organization. This role will consult with the sales team on a 1:1 basis to help create new client-specific content for strategic sales initiatives and campaigns utilizing customized Digital Sales Rooms (DSRs). This role will develop and build Seismic digital sales rooms and then support the user base customizing these templates for targeted client campaigns.

This role will be responsible for the new marketing material development process, from conception, approvals and implementation, through to robust metrics reporting. In addition to supporting sales campaigns utilizing the Seismic platform, role will also support sales enablement programs across all distribution channels that may include sales presentations (PPT), emails, marketing material development and other communications.

Act as internal Champion for Seismic, educating internal stakeholders outside of sales on how Corebridge is using the MarTech Seismic platform to help drive sales in a new and exciting way.

This individual will also manage 200+ Seismic platform user licenses, perform ongoing group and 1:1 training as needed, as well as providing support for strategic sales partner campaigns. This position will work closely with internal business functions including Product Marketing teams, Compliance, Sales, Thought Leadership, IT and other internal partners.

Specifically, this individual will maintain strong relationship Ad Review Compliance, Legal, Corebridge Capital Services.

This role plays an instrumental part in helping Corebridge Financial develop and execute strategic marketing plans to meet annual sales, marketing & business goals.

Responsibilities :Support inventory maintenance of Compliance-approved marketing materials on our Seismic MarTech sales enablement platform in partnership with internal Distribution teamsServe as administrator and librarian for inventory, constantly reviewing, refreshing, validating expiration datesAudit the library, and organize content by topic, and then by firm-approved statusManage the user list to stay currentAssist with developing and building Seismic digital sales rooms templatesDevelop new creative ways to report on sales attribution from Seismic marketing effortsTrain Sales team on the Seismic platform and troubleshoot issues for them, help them prepare for client presentations and meetings as neededProvide direction to creative partners in the development and execution of marketing materialsWhat you need to know

Bachelor degree required, 3+ years of professional marketing experienceKnowledge of Annuity products, Financial Services experience preferredHighly self-directed and motivated with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills and an ability to work in collaboration with other business unites.Strong writing and communication skills, Excellent attention to detailMarTech experience required, knowledge of Seismic preferredDemonstrated success in marketing from conception through planning and implementationAbility to cope with change and thrive in a fast-paced environment.Highly proficient with Word, Excel and PowerPointDemonstrated creative thinker with strong tactical execution skillsWhat our employees like most about working for Corebridge Financial Life & Retirement
