Essential Functions:Develop and implement social media strategies for Fowler Packing Company, Peelz Citrus, and Samsons GrapesCreate and curate engaging content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTokMonitor social media trends and incorporate them into the content strategyManage brand reputation and respond to customer inquiries and feedback in a timely mannerCapture and share content from internal and external eventsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistencyAnalyze social media metrics and report on performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvementStay updated on industry trends and competitor activitiesRequirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related fieldMinimum of 3-5 years of experience in social media managementProven track record of growing and managing social media accounts for brandsStrong creative and innovative thinking skillsAbility to work effectively across departments and with diverse teamsProactive and driven with a strategic mindsetExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficient in social media platforms and analytics toolsStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesExperience in content creation, including photography and video production, is a plusExpertise in social media advertising and paid promotionsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlinesFlexibility to travel up to 10% of the time
