Job DescriptionJOB SUMMARY:We are looking for a talented Social Media Marketing Manager to lead social media and content strategy with the ideation, production, editing, and scheduling of content for THE ROW (Eldorado, Silver Legacy, Circus Circus Reno). This position will report to the Director of Special Events and Advertising. This role is responsible for creating and assisting with organic content for the above listed brands and sub-brands within each property. This position is fully integrated within the marketing organization and will be exposed to the positioning of various Caesars Entertainment brands across multiple platforms.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Leads property social media content collection, including producing, editing, and distribution across multiple platforms to grow audiences, awareness, and engagement. Creates and maintains editorial calendar to keep content fresh, accurate, and up-to-date Collaborates with other departments such as F&B, Gaming, and other key players to produce and execute content. Complies with process and governance with the usage of social media publishing and analytics tools. Assists with moderation of UGC in line with Caesars Entertainment's expectations and policies. Identifies principal talent(s) in "live" content as well as video segments. Audit and maintain standards/guidelines on brand tone, voice, and curation content mix. Executes the overall strategy set forth by the Caesars Entertainment corporate social media team; must have a good understanding of social media KPIs. Delivers work on or before deadline. Covers events and activations as needed. Contributes to the editorial calendar. Must have a positive attitude and the flexibility to work with several departments and personalities at all levels of the organization. Assists with Public Relations events, releases, programs and interviews.QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in related field and/or equivalent work experience required Candidate should be self-motivated; detail orientated, and prioritize multiple tasks Excellent written skills with the ability to adapt and represent a variety of brand voices Other desired skills include time management skills, critical thinking, problem-solving, and presentation skills Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom experience is a plusPHYSICAL, MENTAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS:Must be able to maneuver to all areas of the casino, from property to property. Must be able to perform physical job duties of line employees in emergency situations. Must be able to respond calmly and make rational decisions when handling guest and employee conflicts. Must be able to work at a fast pace and in stressful situations. Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English. Must be able to respond to visual and oral cues.
