As a key member of a marketing and customer-driven organization, the Director, Marketing (HSI/MINT) is responsible for developing and executing T-Mobile For Business strategies by bringing together insights and products to address unmet needs of customers. This individual will be a single-thread owner to coordinate the intersection of product, promotions, pricing, and distribution to drive HSI/MINT revenue stream and meet targets. They will also be responsible for aligning cross-functional efforts to deliver against HSI & MINT goals and priorities. Job Responsibilities: P&L owner for TFB HSI/MINT; drives business targets through financial analysis and strategic initiatives to drive growth and profitability, including market share across all segments. Coordinates, designs, and oversees distribution strategies to ensure efficient and effective product delivery. Ongoing evaluation of Segment and Channel performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions. Design and drive implementation of rate plans and pricing strategies to drive growth. Develop and execute marketing campaigns and promotions based on market analysis and customer insights, in partnership with sales and segment marketing teams. Also responsible for other Duties/Projects as assigned by business management as needed. Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing (Required) Masters Degree or MBA in Marketing, Management preferred. Work Experience More than 10 years of Working experience. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Leadership : Demonstrated ability to communicate at an executive level, effectively influence at an enterprise level, and successfully sponsor/lead complex, cross-functional initiatives with SVP+ level visibility and accountability Extensive B2B Experience : Comprehensive experience and skill set to effectively drive business growth, foster strong client relationships, and lead teams toward achieving strategic business objectives in the B2B sector preferred. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay may be above or below this range. At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year.
