Global Paid Media Strategist at Intel in Boise, Idaho, United States Job Description Job Description Intel is seeking a Global Paid Media Strategist with deep expertise in Search to join the Global Marketing Group. The Global Marketing Group is within Intel's Sales and Marketing Group (SMG). SMG exists to make it easy for Intel's customers, partners, and sellers to grow business together through optimized customer experiences, accelerated business opportunities for sellers, simplification of processes, and harnessing our Brand marketing footprint that makes people not just choose, but prefer Intel and ultimately maximizes profits for Intel. We deliver market-driven insights to understand our customers better, facilitate world-class digital experiences and customer engagement programs, advocate for and with our customers to enhance the customer experience, accelerate sales impact and velocity through leading seller experiences, build the data and technology foundations to accelerate business impact, and nurture our marketing talent to target our customers at the right point and time within their journey's. The Global Paid Media Strategist will be responsible for interfacing with the Brand and Category teams to define global paid media strategy. Additionally, this role will own Intel's Global approach to Search Engine Marketing (SEM) working with Intel's media agency of record and Intel's regional media team to build a comprehensive SEM strategy that connects Intel's brand strategy to Intel's product marketing strategy for the best use of Intel's marketing dollars. This role is critical across digital marketing teams, regional media teams, and our media agency. In this role, you will be responsible for, but not limited to: + Drive structure and activation of a global media strategy, leveraging data available from vendors and partners to ensure we are targeted in our approach. + Interface with the agency analytics team to inform Tableau dashboards that enable view into global media strategy, allowing for clear summary of execution. + Work closely with the Intel insights and activation team to guide the execution of media dashboards and media data accessibility via Intel's media data cube. + Own Intel's global approach to SEM leveraging SEO data to guide the strategy. + Own weekly updates on how Search is trending around the world. + Work with the web team to action SEO opportunities to optimize SEM spend. + Integrate brand and product marketing strategies into 1 SEM approach to ensure a thoughtful journey for SEM. A successful candidate will demonstrate: + Deep experience across all paid media channels, particularly search. + Knowledge and extensive experience with search planning and strategy across SEM and Search engine marketing (SEO). + Understands how to set up and partner with the media agency for success, work across organizational boundaries. + Strong analytical and organizational skills, be able to story tell with data and translate into marketing speak. + Outstanding collaboration and integration with analytics teams, global media team and regional and Country media teams. + Excellent communication and influencing skills, including presenting to diverse set of media stakeholders. + Ability to prioritize time toward valued outcomes, allot time appropriately and meet deadlines. + Schedule flexibility to accommodate global time zones. Qualifications You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. This Position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship. Minimum Qualifications: + Bachelor's degree in business, communications, marketing or analytics or related field. + 5+ years of paid media experience working at either an agency or client-side media team. Preferred Qualifications: + Deep media data experience (Search, social, programmatic, direct publisher, retail data). + Understanding of SEM and SEO and how the two functions work together, what data is needed to successfully drive a cohesive execution strategy. + Master in Business Administration or relevant graduate degree. + Technology category experience is not required but is desirable. + B2B experience, familiarity with Account Based Marketing. (Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, Colorado, New York, Washington, California: $123,139.00-$203,801.00 Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience Working Model This role is available as a fully home-based and generally would require you to attend Intel sites only occasionally based on business need. This role may also be available as our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
