What You Will Do
The Marketing Intern will assist the marketing team in executing various marketing initiatives and campaigns. This internship provides a hands-on learning experience in marketing, including market research, content creation, social media management, and campaign analysis.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Market Research:Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and target audience to support marketing strategies.
Content Creation:Assist in creating marketing collateral such as blog posts, social media content, email campaigns, and marketing materials.
Social Media Management:Help manage and schedule posts on company social media accounts, engage with followers, and track social media analytics.
Email Marketing:Support email marketing efforts by creating and sending newsletters, monitoring performance metrics, and optimizing email campaigns.
Digital Advertising:Assist in the setup and monitoring of digital advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
Event Coordination:Help plan and execute marketing events or promotions both online and offline.
Data Analysis:Analyze marketing campaign data and metrics to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
Graphic Design:Create basic graphics and visuals for marketing materials using tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
Marketing Administration:Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including organizing files, updating databases, and coordinating meetings.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a bachelor or master's degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field. We also invite active members of the military who are eligible for the SkillBridge Program.
Expected graduation of Winter 2025 or Summer 2026. For service members, they should be ending their active service within twelve months of summer 2025.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
Basic understanding of marketing principles.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or graphic design software is a plus.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Salary Range: $20.00 to $28.00 HR
