Position Overview:
The position is a full-time and non-exempt located in San Diego, CA 92101. Duties range from coordinating leasing activities such as social functions, radio advertising, television advertising, to working with prospective residents to complete the appropriate documentation / applications. This position also provides general support to the Property Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities:General office dutiesShow units to perspective residentsDistribute brochures and information about propertyAssist with advertising vacant unitsCoordinate leasing activities such as social functions, and advertisingAssist Property Manager with maintenance requestsRequired Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of administrative experienceKnowledge of property managementPossession of a valid California driver's licenseProof of auto insuranceReliable transportationStrong commitment to excellence and attention to detailExcellence customer service skills when speaking with residents and vendorsComputer skills and experience of Microsoft OfficePreferred Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Leasing AgentGeneral knowledge of Fair Housing, 504 ADA, HUD and Section 42 regulationsExperience with Yardi SystemsCompensation:
