We are currently seeking a Marketing Administrator to infuse our home office with new ideas and vitality. This home office is a welcoming and warm environment, intentionally designed to promote collaboration and foster creativity.

Job Details:
Leverage marketing team's talents, organize and coordinate marketing strategies.Develop highly effective marketing campaigns for new patient growth, recall and re-activation opportunities.Create multiple weekly email campaigns to be sent to patient base.Create graphics for newsletters and social media posts.Communicate with Website development/internet marketing vendors. Monitor, track and maximize ROI.Communicate strategic content writes with Newsroom media vendor. Monitor, track and maximize ROI.Maintain blog topic calendar for outsourced content writer. Ensure all are completed timely and distributed onto website and social platforms.Facebook retargeting strategy and or Social Ads to increase new patient growth.Open to researching new marketing strategies or enhance current initiatives regularly.Lead weekly Marketing Team meetings and run shared agenda.Produce written and graphic presentations as needed to enhance learning opportunities for entire Practice.Develop high level of knowledge of cross sales opportunity of the Practices, create marketing initiates to share with target markets.Identify and employ new social media trends and tools to keep our dental organization at the forefront of the industry, mentor team and implement specific strategies.Assist and/or direct interactive videos with Dental staff and patients.Maintain and create marketing calendar to keep overall work of team deliberate and organized.Work towards meeting and exceeding Practice's new patient goals.Plan and promote community outreach events and foster continued growth of highly engaged social media communities.Work on creatives for outsourced producers to create cord cutting promotional videos. Monitor and maximize POI in cord cutting commercial advertising spaces. Oversee outsourced vendor using their platform.Overall be a visionary and have fun messaging our consumers in the market space.Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or related fields.3-5 years of work experience in a marketing position or with a marketing/PR firm.Experience using Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Apple computers/Mac Operating System, Hootsuite, Facebook Meta Business Suite, ChatGPT, and Adobe Illustrator.Excellent leadership and organization skills.Excellent written communication.Ability to author press releases, blogs, and marketing messages when needed and appropriate. Strong AI related skills.High attention to detail.High follow through.Someone who can quickly understand the organization's global vision while creating/facilitating marketing strategies to uphold that same vision.High level graphic design work using Adobe Illustrator.Willingness to mentor, lead, monitor overall department ROIs, messaging, initiatives, while participating in actual work product flow.Willingness and internal drive to mentor and develop our marketing assistants and team.Willingness to be a flexible team player within home office environment.Positive and kind-hearted professional.Self-starter with high follow-through, comfortable with multitasking.Able to take initiative and work independently, if warranted.Comfortable in communicating needs to complete a task.Open to bringing creative or new marketing concepts to the table and ability to implement with or without direct support.Must be available to work full time.Customer service mindset.Collaborative professional and clear, precise verbal communication style.Position is not remote. Enjoy paid holidays, personal time off, sick time (as per NYS law), health insurance options available, a $2500 dental credit for your own dental needs within the Practices and a 401K with employer match. Monthly team bonus opportunities are extended. Most benefits start after your probationary period of 90 days.
