Role : Salesforce marketing cloud consultant
Location : Remote• 8+ years' experience as SFMC• Strong experience in Agile way of working• Conduct pre- PI planning sessions• Create and Manage environment strategy• Manage performance review and act timely to strengthen the team• Manage and distribute the workload effectively across tracks and resources• Apply strong Salesforce product, business process, methodology & ecosystem knowledge to drive success• Identify, handle, and mitigate program risk• Experience managing multiple Scrum teams across onshore/offshore• Ability to create professional project management templates• Experience in managing external and internal Stakeholders.• Experience in sprint planning, estimating, risk assessment, expectation management, scope and issue & escalation management.• Ability to work with different levels of management throughout an organization, excellent customer focus.• Good Communication, Analytical & problem-solving skill.
