Landry's has an open position for a

Database Marketing Analyst

at our Corporate Headquarters in the Galleria area of Houston, TX. This position will report to the Omni Channel Marketing Director. Under the direction of the Omni Channel Marketing Director, this role will partner with management to define the CRM strategy across multiple channels, brands, and locations. The Database Marketing Analyst will utilize the data to draw conclusions and recommendations to improve customer retention and acquisition.Responsibilities:Leverage data analytics and technology tools to build out dashboards, testing plans, report on success, and identify areas of opportunityDeliver regular campaign reporting across email and other marketing channels to optimize customer audience targetingAnalyze data sets to identify trends, draw insights, and develop recommendationsSupply data to teams to support marketing message content, creative and copyPartner with Digital Lifecycle team to understand business trends and relevant strategiesCollaborate with digital, social, and brand management teams to execute and measure multi-channel strategies for customer engagement, acquisition, retention, and personalizationServe as the in-house expert on customer data points and maintain a complete customer database.Identify key existing and potential customer segments, develop strategies to drive customer loyalty, and spend by analyzing multiple data sourcesReport on key metrics and goals for customer acquisition/conversion and retentionDevelop and conduct A/B testing and analyze customer behavior, providing conclusions and recommendations to re-engage our customersSupport tag management to track standardized events and related customer behaviorsStay abreast of industry trends and best practicesDevelop and test programs to consistently improve ROI and achieve customer, frequency, and revenue targetsStrong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and report on significant amounts of data with exceptional attention to detail

Qualifications:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.Minimum 5-7 years of CRM experience, restaurant or hospitality experience a plusBA or BS degree requiredMicrosoft PowerBI, Fabric, SSMS and Azure experienceSalesforce certifications preferred (Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud)Google Tag Manager certifications a plus, advanced experience preferredGoogle Analytics certifications a plus, advanced experience preferredKnowledge of SQL, Regular Expressions, HTMLExperience with Python, R and statistical analysis a plus#LI-EG1
