Position Overview:
We are seeking a Marketing Automation Specialist to manage our webinar program, aimed at educating and engaging potential patients. This full-time role involves scheduling, executing, and moderating webinars, along with leveraging marketing automation tools for promotion and data management. The position offers flexible hours to accommodate evening and/or weekend webinars.
Key Responsibilities:
Webinar Management:
Schedule, execute, and moderate engaging webinars on dental implants, ensuring a seamless experience for participants.Audience Engagement:
Facilitate Q&A sessions, engage with participants, and gather feedback for continuous improvement.Marketing Automation:
Utilize tools like Zapier to promote webinars, manage data tracking, and support other automation projects.Data Tracking & Analysis:
Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, including attendance rates, engagement, and conversion rates.Reporting:
Prepare and present detailed reports on webinar performance and insights to the marketing team and stakeholders.A/B Testing:
Design and implement A/B tests to optimize webinar formats, content, and promotional strategies.Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and tech.Requirements:
Proven experience in marketing automation, preferably in a B2C environment.Strong understanding of webinar platforms and tools.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Highly organized with good time management.Proficiency in Google Suite (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets).Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.Why Join Us?
