Summary

This position will support the Program Management/Event Marketing and Event Platform teams within the Healthcare Exhibits Division. This will involve assisting with the execution of marketing communications and tactics to generate leads for exhibit and sponsorship sales and assisting in event microsite maintenance for healthcare association meetings. The individual in this role will also help manage the continuous development and updating of the Salesforce prospect database for multiple events. He/she must be able to work on multiple tasks in various stages.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Assist with the implementation of tactics on event marketing plans including preparing lists, creating and sending emails using online platforms, and other inbound and outbound marketing efforts, such as brochures, social media, digital, and web.Aid in creation, updating, maintaining, and proofing of event microsites including exhibitor event portals.Aid in proofing marketing content.Work on the development and updating of the Salesforce database and the addition of marketing prospect lists.Assist with event setup preparation, including applications, marketing/sales emails, etc.Aid in the generation of email statistics reports, lead retrieval reports, competitive show analysis, and rate studies.Research stats from industry reports and create library of resources.Assist in transition process for onboarding new clients to include procurement of transition documents.Manage onsite sales preparation including show shipments and inventory.Assist with design and proofing of client proposals and PowerPoint presentations.Travel to tradeshows to aid in the operation of onsite sales offices if needed.Other duties as assigned, including assisting the team Managers and Directors as needed.Qualifications (computer & communication skills, training, certification, etc.)

Microsoft Office SuiteStrong organizational skills and the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.Strong creative content and proofreading skillsAbility to communicate professionally and effectively with teammates, clients, and exhibitors.Experience in marketing, A2Z, Salesforce.com, Pardot, Higher Logic or other email marketing platforms is helpful.Education and/or Experience:

1-2 years of administrative experienceUnderstanding HTML is helpful.Experience in the exposition industry is helpful but not required.Prefer experience collaborating with clients/customers.

Travel Required:

10% if needed.
