Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our construction team as Civil Construction Foreman, Wireless civil knowlege is a must. In this role, you will be an essential part of various civil construction projects, contributing to the successful completion of infrastructure and development initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and adapt to different construction tasks.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Operate as a Foreman in the installation, maintenance, and de-installation of all aspects of wireless cell site foundations, including compounds, shelters, trenchwork, concrete, conduit, steel erection & installations, electrical installations, RF installations, and site de-installations.Utilize heavy equipment and trucking to excavate, install, and complete projects.Foreman responsibilities and effectively interface with all levels of management, staff, and customer requirementsConducting performance checks and regular maintenance - maintaining, repairing, and occasionally installing various cell tower typesComplete assigned tasks within project scope accurately and efficientlyMust be able to work at heightsAbility to travel overnight a week at a timeWorking knowledge of cell site service monitors, RF test equipment, Fiber, and PIM equipmentConducting performance checks and regular maintenance.Ability to assist in the building of all types of communication sites. (Self supporting, guyed, monopoles, and rooftops)Required Skills/Abilities:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Easily adapt to change and multi-task.Ability to work independently with little instruction in a highly organized manner.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adhering to timeframes/schedules set by management.Ability to prioritize workload.Strong decision-making skills.Exhibit all areas of QTC's Core Values - Extreme Ownership, Do the right Thing, Growth Mindset, Excel above the Rest.Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent.OSHA certification or willingness to obtain one.A valid driver's license is required.Physical Requirements:
