Email Marketing Specialist.
Email Marketing Specialist Responsibilities:
Identifies target audience(s), designs and execute email campaigns, ensures content is clear and error-free and analyzes campaign metricsSupport various strategic program sends via manual and triggered campaigns across the customer lifecycle including prospecting, nurturing, win-back, etc.Collaborate with content teams to create personalized and engaging content that resonates with target audiencesManage and execute email marketing calendar and ensure alignment with internal stakeholders and business prioritiesPlan, execute and report back on A/B tests to inform future planning and program optimizationsUpdate and maintain email program documentationPerform QA to ensure proper rendering and near flawless campaign executionSupport management of agency relationshipSupport email prospecting efforts, including agency management and routing of creative assetsSupport the overarching strategy for automating marketing processes including segmentation, drip campaigns, SMS and behavioral triggers for net new leads
Email Marketing Specialist Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, economics or a related field1+ years of experience in email or digital marketingProficiency with some sort of marketing automation toolDetailed knowledge of email regulations and best practicesExperience in engaging and analyzing the performance of a large email marketing databaseClear communicator with excellent interpersonal skillsExperience establishing and maintaining relationships across teams and at all levels with both internal stakeholders and external partners
