PAY RANGE : $12.00-$15.00 per hour based upon experience.

THE HIRING COMPANY:

Intrinsic Development is a full service real estate development company that specializes in upscale multi-family and commercial mixed-use developments. Our organization has built more than 3.5 million square feet of projects, with an additional 300,000 square feet currently under construction. The Intrinsic Development team has successfully developed everything from hospitality venues, to mixed-use, multi-family, hotels, clinics, offices and restaurants across 6 Midwestern states. We are excited to expand into Lee's Summit, Missouri which will be the new home for our corporate office. This expansion coincides with the launch of our new 260+ acre mixed-use development, which will feature approximately 2,900 luxury multi-family units, as well as over 660,000 square feet of retail, office, entertainment, hospitality space, and other related commercial uses.

THE GRAPHIC DESIGN INTERN POSITION:

We are looking to hire a part-time Graphic Design Intern to work with our Design Team to create content and graphics for social media and event marketing. Every brand has a different voice and interns must be able to provide appropriate content for each brand.

GRAPHIC DESIGN INTERN RESPONSIBILITIES:Work on a wide variety of projects; create and design print and digital materialsAdhere to brand guidelines and complete projects according to deadlineRetouch and manipulate imagesUse graphic design software and work with a wide variety of mediaCollaborate with our Graphic Design Team to develop design conceptsReceive feedback from Graphic Design Team and make necessary changesAssemble final presentation material for printing as neededGRAPHIC DESIGN INTERN QUALIFICATIONS:

REQUIRED;

Currently majoring in graphic design or related fieldREQUIRED;

Proficient in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and IllustratorREQUIRED;

Ability to work at least 15-20 hours/week each semester and over the summer.PREFERRED;

experience with photo/video editingEffective verbal and written communication skillsAbility to multi-task within a deadline-sensitive environmentExcellent time management skillsAbility to work with a team
