Role Overview

:

The Marketing Lead will play a critical role in developing and executing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and sales growth across North and South America. This position requires a creative and analytical marketer with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns, organizing events, and driving brand awareness via digital marketing. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B marketing, strong project management skills, and the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team.

Work Environment

: Hybrid work schedule, 3 days per week on-site.

Key Responsibilities

:

General MarketingDevelop and implement local marketing plans customized for the Americas to support growth by using all tactics and channels online & offline (responsible for versioning content, website, newsletter, social media, paid advertising, PR, print, trade marketing, e-shop) according to budget & timeline agreed with Head of Sales.Be proactive & supportive to local sales team, by increasing brand awareness, by driving leads and educating customers.Prepare regular performance reports including measuring of KPIs for reporting and responsible for budget management.Digital Marketing

Responsible for the regional website-keeping it up to date with contentLead all ad placements (keyword search for SEO/SEA and performance analysis)Implement locally the marketing automation journeys in the Pardot platformManage regional social media channels, creation of content, community managementChannel Marketing

Manage wholesaler communication and trade mediaeCommerce marketing development with our partners (wholesalers eShop).Event Management

Organize and participate in industry trade shows, conferences, and webinars to promote the company's products and services.Manage event logistics, including booth design, promotional materials, and post-event follow-up.Brand Management

Maintain and enhance the company's brand identity across all marketing channels.Ensure consistent messaging and branding in all marketing communications.Critical Competencies for Success

:

Bachelor's or master's degree in digital marketing/communications or equivalent.3+ years of related marketing campaigns & communication experience, ideally in field marketing in an international company is required.Strong consultative marketing approach to effectively engage with sales and channel partner community (wholesalers).Customer-oriented with trade marketing and eCommerce experience are required.Highly organized at managing multiple projects, working independently with limited supervision and team player.Strong communication skills - written and oral.Fluent in English; fluent in Spanish or Portuguese are preferred.Knowledge of Pardot and Salesforce is preferred.What IMI Can Offer You
