At Live Nation Entertainment, our people embrace these qualities, so if this sounds like you then please read on!THE JOBThe House of Blues Marketing Manager, under the guidance of the Venue General Manager and Regional Marketing Management Team, will be responsible for executing multiple strategies that drive the success of marketing efforts including the development and presentation of marketing plans to artist representatives, direction and implementation of local marketing promotions and management, management of multiple event advertising budgets events at House of Blues, as well as managing a coordinator to ensure show information is up-to-date across venue touchpoints (website, app, social), QC and updating of email automation, plus the coordination and delivery of marketing assets supporting venue hospitality and ancillary products.WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DOAct as the key internal contact with various stakeholders to prepare, present and execute marketing and promotional campaigns for 200+ Live Nation events at the venue.Serve as the primary local contact for artist marketing representatives regarding venue and show marketing plans. Partner with the local talent buying team to manage the success of events at the venue.Develop impactful promotions for events using multiple regional media partners.Compile and share extensive audience and artist demographic information to shape the development of marketing plans.Identify and activate new strategic marketing partners to enhance artist and venue exposure in the community.Ensure all necessary show marketing information is input into Live Nation proprietary marketing tools.Coordinate multiple teams of experts to successfully execute marketing campaigns inclusive of, but not limited to, advertising, media events & PR, and content creation.Compile advertising settlement documents as needed for local events.Work with internal stakeholders to provide post-show marketing analytics recaps to artists.Maximize show awareness on venue socials, in emails, on websites, and in-venue.Coordinate street team and grassroots marketing efforts with local market contacts.Update and maintain venue website and app and maintain quality control (ensure show information is up to date, work with partners to ensure F&B, Ancillaries & Special Event content is updated as necessary and represented).Execute fan communication plans to ensure key information reaches guests before each event via email, social, website, and app.Maintain & QC data extensions for venue email automation.Manually build and manage fan communications in case of emergency following Live Nation policies and procedures.Ensure creative assets are created and delivered for future show support, concert calendar, food & beverage, health, and safety support as needed.Coordinate approvals and execution of promotional sweepstakes.Manage Venue Marketing Coordinator to ensure:

Social planning and publishing is executed.Venue-level creative assets for onsite & digital needs (monthly & weekly show calendars) are created and managed.Appropriate asset placement in on-site digital video signage.Onsite coverage for day of show marketing needs supporting radio partners, meet and greets, press photographers.Proper sponsorship placements as needed across digital, website, app, social, and onsite.
