Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist with demonstrated exposure to insurance / Banking domains. This role requires a deep understanding of marketing automation, data management, and customer journey mapping to drive effective and personalized marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, build, and execute marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including email, SMS, social media, and push notifications.
Develop and manage customer journeys using Journey Builder, ensuring a seamless and personalized customer experience.
Maintain and optimize the Marketing Cloud data architecture, including data extensions, segmentation, and data models.
Ensure data accuracy and hygiene through regular audits and updates.
Implement and manage marketing automation workflows using Automation Studio, Journey Builder, and other Salesforce tools.
Develop triggered and automated campaigns that align with business goals and customer behaviors.
Track and analyze campaign performance using Salesforce Marketing Cloud's reporting tools and dashboards.
Provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize campaign performance and ROI.
Integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with other Salesforce products (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud) and third-party platforms.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, IT, and Creative to ensure alignment on marketing strategies and goals.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to the platform's performance or functionality.
Required Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Information Technology, or related field.
Experience:
3-5+ years of experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including hands-on experience with Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, and Mobile Studio.
Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of best practices in email marketing, automation, and data privacy.
