Job Title: Sr User Experience (UX) Designer
Location: Seattle, WA 98004
Duration: 16 Months
Pay range: $90/Hr to $110/Hr on W2
Job Description:Please provide 2-3 values or traits that are important to this roleExtensive UX Experience: 7 years of relevant experience. A proven track record of leading and delivering successful UX projects. Possess a deep understanding of user-centered design principles, methodologies, and best practices.Please list 3-4 functional activities the resource should be capable ofLead and manage UX design projects from concept to implementation, ensuring a user-centric approach throughout.Act as a resourceful problem solver, overcoming design challenges and finding innovative solutions within project constraints.Proactively identify UX improvement opportunities and take the lead in creating a roadmap for executing them.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders, to drive UX design excellence.What technical skills will successful candidates possess:
Bachelor's degree in UX design, HCI, or a related field.7 years of experience in UX design, with a portfolio showcasing successful projects.Proficiency in UX design tools such as Figma.Strong problem-solving skills and a resourceful mindset.Proven ability to work independently and take a proactive approach to UX design.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Especially communicating the value of UX to a team of product and engineering counterparts.Is there any industry specific experience that would separate one candidate from another?Experience in the vacation rental, hotel industry, B2B or Finance a plus, but not required.
