Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager of Corporate Communications to join our team in the fast-paced and impactful field of healthcare software technology. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive communication strategies that enhance the organization's reputation, engage stakeholders, and drive effective internal and external communications. Your expertise will play a vital role in conveying our company's mission, achievements, and initiatives to various audiences.

Duties/Responsibilities:Develop and implement a cohesive corporate communication strategy that aligns with the organization's goals and objectives.Identify key target audiences, both internal and external, and tailor communication strategies accordingly.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging across all communication channels.Establish and maintain strong relationships with media representatives, journalists, and influencers in the healthcare sector.Manage media inquiries effectively, ensuring accurate and timely responses.Proactively pitch positive stories and manage crisis communication if necessary.Create and oversee internal communication programs that foster employee engagement, alignment, and awareness of organizational news and updates.Coordinate town hall meetings, employee newsletters, and other communication initiatives to facilitate transparent and effective internal communication.Develop high-quality written and visual content for various communication mediums, including press releases, articles, social media posts, presentations, and website updates.Ensure content accuracy and consistency while adapting the tone and style for different audiences.Plan and execute social media content and public relations campaigns to promote company services, company achievements, community involvement, etc.Collaborate with marketing teams to integrate PR efforts with broader marketing initiatives.Develop and maintain a crisis communication plan to handle potential PR crises, ensuring a swift and effective response to mitigate reputational risks.Engage with stakeholders such as healthcare professionals, regulatory bodies, and community organizations to nurture positive relationships and gather feedback.Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of communication campaigns using relevant metrics and adjust strategies as needed for continuous improvement.Provide regular reports to leadership on communication activities and their impact.Required Skills/Abilities:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in using various communication tools and platforms.Ability to work under pressure, handle sensitive information, and manage crisis situations.Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to collaborate across departments.Experience in media relations, crisis communication, and stakeholder engagement.Creative thinking and the ability to adapt communication styles for different audiences.Professionalism, integrity, and a passion for contributing to the healthcare sector.Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field is required. Master's degree is a plus.7-9 years' experience in corporate communications, with a focus on the healthcare industry is required, including 5+ years of experience with social media and PR.Proven track record of developing and implementing successful communication strategies is required.Strong understanding of healthcare terminology, industry trends, and regulatory considerations is required.Graphic design and Marketo experience are a plus.Who We Want to Meet
