Robert Half Hiring: Social Media Care Team Member, Second Shift (Long-term Contract)
Robert Half is seeking an experienced candidate for John Deere's Social Media Care Team, to work primarily in second shift. This long-term contract role offers exciting challenges in customer service realm while providing technical support and handling product-related inquiries and concerns. This opportunity offers retention bonuses and pay increments after 6, 12, and 18 months of successful employment.
Job Schedule & Special Considerations This role is a second-shift role. Training takes place during weekdays, from 8am-4:30pm, and includes classroom instruction as well as hands-on training with an experienced technician. Once training is complete, work includes an 8-hour shift anytime between 12pm and 10pm with a monthly rotating weekend shift.
Role and Responsibilities As part of the Social Media Care Team, you will provide front-line technical support to John Deere's customers across multiple channels. This role has a special focus on Social Media channels where you will be monitoring, responding and reviewing outbound content for quality and accuracy.

Requirements
Requirements The successful candidate will have at least 6 months of customer service/support experience and excellent interpersonal and written communication skills. Experience with consumer software applications and multiple forms of social media is required. Off-shift working hours and occasional holiday support will be essential for this role.
Desired Skills The ideal candidate has used Social Media for business purposes in the past and has experience in Agriculture or Technology dealer channels. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is a plus.
Important Notes This role is strictly on-site at John Deere Financial in Johnston, IA, with the option to work from home on weekends. Visa sponsorship is not available, and cross-border work is not permitted.
