Description We are looking for a Social Media Manager to join our team located in Jacksonville, Florida. This role involves managing our social media presence and working closely with our agency partner. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for creating strategic social media campaigns and content. This is a long-term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement social media strategies to expand our brand presence.

- Collaborate with our agency partner to create engaging and creative social media content.

- Manage and oversee various social media channels to ensure brand consistency.

- Monitor and analyze social media trends and adapt strategies accordingly.

- Use social media advertising to reach a wider audience and increase brand visibility.

- Implement social media initiatives to drive engagement and customer interaction.

- Manage social media campaigns, ensuring they align with our business goals.

- Leverage social media for B2B interactions, focusing on expanding our presence in the real estate industry.

- Understand the nuances of real estate social media management and adapt strategies accordingly.

- Monitor customer inquiries and feedback on social media channels and respond appropriately. Requirements - Proven experience in managing social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok

- Demonstrable experience with social media advertising and developing social media campaigns

- Proficiency in leveraging different social media channels to increase brand awareness and customer engagement

- Strong ability to create, curate, and manage all published social media content (images, video, written)

- Experience in initiating and managing social media initiatives to drive business goals

- Solid understanding of social media strategy and how to implement it across different platforms

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to analyze and interpret social media data to improve strategies

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred

- Knowledge of social media trends and ability to stay current with new digital technologies

- Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
