Required qualifications:Minimum 1 year multi-family experience and tax credit experience.High energy personality with focus on great resident service.Ability to motivate and train a team on all aspects of their position including leasing and marketing.Problem solver, positive outlook, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.Must be proficient in computer skills including Outlook, Word, and Excel.Ability to compose notices and communication that is grammatically correct and professional in tone.Experience with Entrata is preferred.
Position duties:Assisting in interviewing, screening, and hiring of any potential employee for all departmentsAssisting in subsequent orientation training and scheduling of all office personnelAssisting in achieving delinquency standards weekly/monthlyAssisting in achieving occupancy goals and leasing expectations of the property by utilizing various marketing methods and programsAssisting with entering purchase orders and invoicesLeasing of the property by ensuring all sales techniques and marketing methods required by the management company are being used effectively and in a professional manner.Ensuring a professional appearance and attitude, alwaysHaving a thorough knowledge of leasing techniques and sales methods, as well as knowledge of property rental informationPosting rent to the rent roll tracking systemEnsuring that all resident requests or complaints are responded to in a timely, efficient, and courteous manner.
