Qualifications:Minimum 2-years multi-family experience. Prior leadership experience is preferred.High energy personality with focus on great resident service.Ability to motivate and train a team on all aspects of their position including leasing and marketing.Problem solver, positive outlook, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.Must be proficient in computer skills including Outlook, Word, and Excel.Ability to compose notices and communication that is grammatically correct and professional in tone.Experience with Entrata is preferred.
Responsibilities:Assist in interviewing, screening, and hiring new employeesSupport orientation training and scheduling for office personnelHelp maintain delinquency and occupancy standardsUtilize effective marketing methods to achieve leasing goalsManage purchase orders and invoicesDemonstrate professionalism in all interactionsApply leasing techniques and sales methods to maximize property rentalsEnsure prompt and courteous response to resident requests and complaints
