Job Summary of the Senior Architectural Designer positionIntegr8staff seeks a skilled and seasoned Senior Architectural Designer with proven experience in the high-end luxury, hospitality industry.
Responsibilities of the Senior Architectural Designer positionWork collaboratively across multiple design projects end-to-end across luxury hospitality, commercial and high-end residential; own specific work streams end-to-end within each projectDevelop drawing and specification packages, and produce accurate documentation as needed in schematic design, design development, construction documentation phasesCoordinate with FF&E and various design teams to produce plans, elevations, and details in order to ensure design intent is incorporated into documentation packagesAssist with material selection, produce specifications, and review contractor submittals for conformance to design intentAssist with the development of office documentation standards and practicesParticipate in project coordination, construction administration, site visits, and maintain quality control during construction as neededCollaborate seamlessly with clients, as well as other designers, architects, contractors, fabricators, artisans, and developers on multiple projects
Requirements of the Senior Architectural Designer position6+ years relevant experience with Interior Design/Architecture education and backgroundStrong project management skills with ability to multitask, all from design inception to completion in all design phasesRefined production skills with proficiency in AutoCAD, Rhino, and/or RevitAbility to work cross-functionally in fast-paced environmentExperience in construction administration a plus
